DRIVING LICENSE

All drivers have to present a valid driving license that they have been holding for at least one year, as a valid passport or an ID card. Photocopied licenses or licenses sent by fax are not acceptable.

DRIVER’S AGE

Minimum driver’s age is 21 years for car groups B, C, C1, D, D1 and 23 years for group S. if the driver is younger than 21 years but holds his license for a year, an additional fee amounted to 25.00 Euro (VAT 20% is not included) is due.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

All rentals include Unlimited Mileage, Third Party Liability Insurance, Full Insurance of the vehicle for all risks, Road Tax, Collision Damage Waiver, and Theft Waiver.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Airport surcharge is due according to the concrete terms of renting. Personal Accident Insurance is optional offered in the beginning of the renting period. The vehicle is delivered with a full thank fuel. The car is supposed to be returned full, otherwise a refueling charge of 1.50 Euro per litre (VAT not included) is due, delivery and collection charge and out of hour charges are applicable.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION

Within the city borders up to 15 km away radius of the National Location a fee of 10.00 Euro will be applied to. Outside the city borders, the renter will be charged 0.50 Euro/ km plus initial fee of 15.00 Euro.
 

DEPOSIT

All the clients should present valid credit cards having the name of the driver as a form of deposit when picking up the rented car. Cash deposits are also acceptable.
 

PERIOD OF HIRING

Minimum rental period is 1 day. The rental days are calculated on a 24 hours basis. There is 59 minutes grace period. If the car is returned after this time, it is charged a full rental day. The weekend starts at 4 p.m. on Friday and lasts up to 10 a. m. on Monday.
 

RENTAL DOCUMENTS

The Car Rental Voucher, National card or other credit document, a valid credit card or cash are presented when picking up the rental car.
 

DRIVING AREA

 If you plan to use the car out of the territory of the country, please, advise when booking the rental car. There are restrictions for some destinations. Also some local charges are applicable for this service.
 

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT

Baby seats, roof racks, ski racks, snow chains or navigation systems are available. Special equipment should be requested at the time of the reservation.
 

MECHANICAL DIFFICULTIES

 In case of mechanical difficulties or breakdown you have to call us within 24 hours. In case of accident, the local Police authorities must be advised and you have to obtain a signed police report.
 

TAXES AND SURCHARGES

Airport surcharge is applicable when the renting starts at the airport location. The price is 16.67 Euro VAT 20% is not included.

We accept all National issued charge cards and vouchers and the following credit cards: VISA and Euro Card/Master Card, AMEX.
